The trial covers TRAICE Recovery or TRAICE Predictive Maintenance. Submitting a request does not grant any data access — it only asks us to check connectability. If you decide to proceed, a short authorisation letter defines the scope and legal basis. Compliant with UK and EU GDPR.

Why exactly three VINs?
Not every vehicle is reachable at any given moment. Three VINs give us a strong chance that at least one is connected during the trial window, so the demonstration reflects real live data — not a static screenshot.
Do I need to send any documents now?
No. This first step is only a connectivity check. Once we've verified the VINs and agreed on a plan, we'll share a short authorisation letter to sign — only then, and only if you want to proceed.
What data do you access?
For Recovery: location, connectivity, odometer where available, and derived behavioural signals. For Predictive Maintenance: health indicators, fault codes, service alerts and mileage. Data is limited to the three VINs listed and used strictly for evaluation.
How long does the trial run?
Typically two to four weeks. At the end of the trial we remove the vehicles on request and stop all data access.
